First day of Radio Production

Today was my first day of my Radio Production module. I have been really excited about starting radio because it was one of the first aspects of the media I became really passionate about. When I was younger I used to love spending hours recording myself and making my own radio shows! In this session we learnt about what the course includes and how we are assessed. We also got to get hands on straight away with some of the equipment. We learnt how to use the Tascam recorder and some tips on interviewing people. This was really helpful as we are required to make a 5-minute radio package which will include some elements of interviewing contributors. I am really excited to start working on my radio show and get more experience with the equipment!
