As a BCU student I was offered an incredible opportunity to attend a talk and Q&A with Lenny Henry, the university's chancellor. It was an amazing evening and so interesting to hear him talk about his career and all the work he has done and what he is working on at the moment. There was a lot of discussion about diversity in the media and persevering despite feeling like you don't fit in or you are not good enough. June Sarpong was interviewing him which I really enjoyed because it was good to hear a female perspective. It was a really inspiring evening and I am so happy to have someone as amazing as Lenny Henry be part of my university experience.
